I’m stunned that someone like this would get on a transatlantic flight knowing the potential damage he could cause. Besides that there are plenty of places in Europe including France and the UK which offer the same level of medical treatment available in the US. It raises an interesting question of what responsibility a person has if they know they have a potentially fatal illness that can be spread to others.
